Position: Accounts Executive
Job Description
- Assist in managing the accounts for TRAXX group of companies and handle general HR admin.
- Preparation of payments for weekly settlements, monthty RRs & expenses.
- Reconcile receivables & payables balances.
- Prepare settlement journals for input into MYOB.
- Follow up on chargeback/refunds differences between agents/MIDs accounts.
- Process expenses claims.
- Matching of source documents to payments/receipts & filing.
Requirements
- Minimun diploma or similar certification in accountancy. Preferably a Degree in Accountancy or in progress of obtaining full ACCA qualifications.
- A few years relevant working experience in handling accounts. Must have experience in handling full set of accounts.
- Familiar with computerised accounting software.
- Competent with Microsoft Office tools.
