Position: Accounts Executive

Job Description
  • Assist in managing the accounts for TRAXX group of companies and handle general HR admin.
  • Preparation of payments for weekly settlements, monthty RRs & expenses.
  • Reconcile receivables & payables balances.
  • Prepare settlement journals for input into MYOB.
  • Follow up on chargeback/refunds differences between agents/MIDs accounts.
  • Process expenses claims.
  • Matching of source documents to payments/receipts & filing.
Requirements
  • Minimun diploma or similar certification in accountancy. Preferably a Degree in Accountancy or in progress of obtaining full ACCA qualifications.
  • A few years relevant working experience in handling accounts. Must have experience in handling full set of accounts.
  • Familiar with computerised accounting software.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office tools.
