Position: Customer Support Representative
Job Description
- Reports to the Head Of Operations.
- Manage customer account back-end operations.
- Resolve transaction discrepancies.
- Prepare settlement journals for input into MYOB.
- Reconcile and generate weekly settlement reports .
Requirements
- Minimum "O" levels.
- Candidate with relevant work experience in the field of finance/accountancy/banking will be an advantage but not a pre- requisite.
- Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Will be required to handle some admin duties.
- Other ad-hoc duties and miscellaneous assignments.
