About the Role
This is an entry-level, on-site role for a Management Associate, based in Singapore.
You will be cross-trained across multiple disciplines — operations, account management, finance, and compliance — gaining a 360° view of how a payments company runs. Expect to:
Support day-to-day workflows across teams
Embrace and recommend technology and AI tools to improve efficiency
Juggle multiple tasks and projects at once with strong time management
Contribute ideas and take initiative in company-building projects
What We’re Looking For
Self-driven, motivated, and independent individuals
Strong problem-solving, writing, and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Team players who collaborate but also thrive on personal ownership
Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior working or internship experience an advantage
Only Singaporean and PRs applicants accepted
Salary: Basic Monthly of $3800-4500 (depending on qualifications and experience)
