TRANSACTION FEES

  • Once we receive all necessary onboarding documents (e.g., ACRA BizFile, proof of business address) and your customization inputs (logo, brand colours, registered domain), your website can go live within 4-8 business days.

  • To activate payment processing, you’ll need to register a local business — either a sole proprietorship or a company.

  • Yes, there is a minimum commitment of 12 months

  • You can list and sell any legal physical products or service-based offerings.

  • You'll receive access to a user-friendly dashboard to manage your product listings and pricing. Updates to your home page will be managed by us.

  • Yes, your processing account accepts valid international Visa/Master cards. The default currency is SGD. If you wish to list in other currencies, please contact us for a custom quotation as different rates will apply. Please note that shipping arrangements, and any applicable taxes or duties must be managed by the seller.

  • Sellers have the option to offer delivery service for a specified fee that will be added to the checkout amount. However, the seller will need to arrange for their own delivery services.

  • Yes, we offer ongoing support via email and phone with our local customer service staff.

  • A domain name is the web address customers use to find your store online (e.g., www.yourshop.com).
    An SSL certificate secures your website, shows a padlock icon in the browser, and protects customer data during checkout.

    Domains and SSL certificates can be purchased from domain providers like Exabytes and GoDaddy

  • You will be able to customize with your shop name, logo, all images and colours from the template. For additional customizations, please contact us for a quote.

  • For payments processing onboarding, you need to provide your ID, proof of address, business registration documents and complete biometric verification using your phone. For the website home page, we require your shop name and/or logo, image files and colour scheme. You will also need to have a domain address with SSL certificate. Product/service listings and pricings are uploaded on a self-service basis.

  • Payouts are processed on a weekly T+3 basis. This means your Mon-Sun sales will be settled and transferred to your bank account three business days after the end of each week.

    A 10% rolling reserve also applies to credit card proceeds. This means 10% of your weekly sales will be temporarily held to protect against chargebacks.

    We’ve adopted this approach to ensure stable cash flow while maintaining security for both merchants and customers.
